Steps for the preparation of your Apostille:
1. Contact us via email or phone with your request
2. We will ask you some questions about your document and the country where it is originated
3.  We will scheduled to notarize the document  (Via in person if you are currently in our area of         service, otherwise we can provide a virtual notarization.
4. We will take care of the shipment of the document to the FL Department of State to request the Apostille for your document, once is ready we will mail it or bring it to you.
5. We provide expedite services for the return of your document in 4 to 5  business days to your home or office.​ (If you need a rush services)

The Florida Department of State provides apostilles for:
  1. Notarized Paper Documents: Original documents with a wet signature that have been notarized by a licensed Florida notary public, accompanied by the notary's stamp.
  2. Online Notarizations: Documents notarized online by a certified Florida remote online notary (RON).
  3. State-Issued Certificates: Certified documents issued either by the State of Florida or county governments within Florida. This includes items like birth and death certificates, articles of incorporation, annual reports, divorce decrees, and single status affidavits, to name a few.​
